                     Haemophilus influenzae and Escherichia coli. Four of the
                     rnf gene products were found to be similar in sequence to
                     components of an Na+-dependent NADH:ubiquinone
                     oxidoreductase (NQR) from Vibrio alginolyticus
                     (PUBMED:9492268). The NQR-type enzyme of Klebsiella
                     pneumoniae was shown to catalyse sodium-dependent NADH
                     oxidation in the respiratory chain (PUBMED:15063750)."
