COMMENT     Human alpha 2-plasmin inhibitor (alpha 2-PI) is one of the serine
            protease inhibitors in plasma. The carboxy-terminal 274 amino acids
            encoded by pPI39 were calculated to correspond to about 55% of the
            alpha 2-PI molecule. The amino-terminal portion remains to be
            determined.
