COMMENT     This sequence was generated from a cDNA clone isolated using
            sequence from the bacterial clone dJ1052M9
            To amplify the coding sequence with flanking intronic or
            untranslated
            sequence from genomic DNA the following primer pairs are used. Exon
            1
            is amplified using two rounds of PCR in round 1 the forward primer
            is
            GTTGAGCTAAGTTATTCCTG and the reverse primer is
            TGAGGCGAAAGTGTGTTCCA,
            the product of this reaction is amplified with ACAGAAGCATTACTAAGC
            and
            CCAGCTGCTGTTGCCCAC. Exon 2, forward primer CAATGACACCATATACGTGT,
            reverse
