            The genomic clone lambda-B3 was isolated by hybridization to a
            previously isolated interferon-beta-1 encoding clone. [1] reports
            that lambda-B3 is likely to contain a functional interferon-beta
            gene.  [4] presents a map of interferon-beta-1 homologous regions
            and Alu repeats within this locus (figure 4). A draft entry and
