            Insert length is not determined by restriction enzyme (BsrGI)
            analysis. Only kanamycin resistant E. coli were selected,
            cultivated, and ESTs were generated. Elaeis oleifera, seventeen
            weeks old [Weeks After Anthesis (WAA)] mesocarp tissue cDNA library
            was constructed using the CloneMiner cDNA library construction kit.
            The cDNA carrying entry clones (pDNAs) were used in transformation
            of E. coli and kanamycin resistant E. coli were selected,
            cultivated, and ESTs were generated. After trimming and processing,
            analysis of nucleotide sequences of ESTs has been completed, and
            submitted in dbEST.
