                     RNA was isolated from ovules using Trizol method of RNA
                     isolation. SSH was carried both in forward and reverse
                     direction to detect the genes specifically expresses
                     during polyembryonic initials. Clontech PCR-Select cDNA
                     Subtraction kit (Cat. No. 637401) was used to make the
                     libraries. All the sequences were generated as single pass
                     reads, using T7 universal promoter sequence as primer.
                     Sequences submitted are trimmed from low quality sequences
                     and pGEMT-Easy vector backbone. These are the sequences
                     from forward library which includes Tester as post
                     anthesis ovules and Driver as pre anthesis ovules."
