COMMENT     This genome assembly has been updated so
            as to reflect the location and orientation of
            contigs on the chromosomes. Gap lengths were
            estimated using the results from Optical
            Mapping (http://www.bio.nite.go.jp/dogan/project/view/AO).
            This Aspergillus oryzae RIB40 genome consists of a nuclear genome
            assembly represented by eight chromosomes (assembled from 24
            entries) and three unplaced contigs (AP007156, AP007160 and
            AP007177) and a complete mitochondrial genome (AP007176).
