                     REMARK-M.bovis-M.tuberculosis: In Mycobacterium
                     tuberculosis strain H37Rv, PPE55 exists as a single gene.
                     In Mycobacterium bovis, a frameshift due to a single base
                     deletion (g-*) splits PPE55 into 2 parts, PPE55a and
                     PPE55b. Mb3379c found to be expressed during exponential
                     growth in Sauton's minimal media by RNA-sequencing (TPM >
                     20)."
