                     ulcerans (281 aa); and similar to HLYA_TREHY|Q06803
                     pore-forming haemolysin/cytotoxin virulence determinant
                     from Treponema hyodysenteriae (240 aa), FASTA scores: opt:
                     514, E():3e-30, (37.3% identity in 236 aa overlap). Mb1720
                     found to be expressed during exponential growth in
                     Sauton's minimal media by RNA-sequencing (TPM > 20)."
