                     In Mycobacterium bovis, a frameshift due to single base
                     insertion (*-g), splits pks6 into 2 parts, pks6a and
                     pks6b. Protein product from Mb0413 detected using SWATH
                     mass spectrometry. Mb0413 found to be expressed during
                     exponential growth in Sauton's minimal media by
                     RNA-sequencing."
