                     Mycobacterium bovis, 2 deletions each of 9 bp (ccgccggcg-*
                     and cccgccggc-*), leads to a shorter product compared to
                     its homolog in Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv
                     (831 aa versus 837 aa). Protein product from Mb0287c
                     detected using shotgun mass spectrometry. Mb0287c found to
                     be expressed during exponential growth in Sauton's minimal
                     media by RNA-sequencing (TPM > 20)."
