                     REMARK-M.bovis-M.tuberculosis: In Mycobacterium
                     tuberculosis strain H37Rv, PE_PGRS3 exists as a single
                     gene. In Mycobacterium bovis, a 2780 bp insertion leads to
                     an extra copy of PE_PGRS3. Also, a frameshift due to
                     single base deletion (t-*), splits this extra copy of
                     PE_PGRS3 into 2 parts, PE_PGRS3a and PE_PGRS3b. Mb0285c
                     found to be expressed during exponential growth in
                     Sauton's minimal media by RNA-sequencing (TPM > 20)."
