                     REMARK-M.bovis-M.tuberculosis: In Mycobacterium bovis, a

                     Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv (257 aa versus 469
                     aa). It also leads to the deletion of the next protein,
                     echA1 (Rv0222). Protein product from Mb0227 detected using
                     SWATH mass spectrometry. Mb0227 found to be expressed
                     during exponential growth in Sauton's minimal media by
                     RNA-sequencing."
